☽ TERMS OF SERVICE ☾

By commissioning me, you agree with the following terms:

1.General

• I am permitted to refuse a commission without a reason
• The prices listed are for personal use only! For commercial use, the price may vary from 3 to 5 times the base price, according to the usage (except for emotes)
• You may edit or change my work as long as the use is personal, properly credited and all the changes done from the original work to the edited are stated
• You have full permit for the usage of the personal illustration for social media profile pictures, Desktop Backgrounds & Wallpapers. You may post up your commissioned illustration from me, given that I am credited
• You may not, in any circunstances, reproduce or manifacture my work into merchandise or anything that'll bring you profit off it without permission. Including but not limited to art made for shops or any business related work/ original domain websites, promotional material, CD covers, game assets, book covers, social media artwork, icons, YouTube assets etc.

2.payment • refunds

• I only take payment through Paypal (USD)
• I do not accept refunds or cancellations once the payment is made and the piece is started
• Payment method: 100% upfront or 50% upfront, 50% after the sketch is accepted
• I won't continue with your commission before taking the payment
• Additional fees will apply depending on character complexity and addition of items/props and would be converted after finishing the illustration.

3.deadlines • process

• Maximum of 4 weeks
• May be done before, depending on the waitlist and complexity of your request
• After I confirm that the payment for your commission has been made, the sketch of your commission will be sent in the span of a (1) week
• I will send you updates on your commission for your revision 1. once the sketch is done; 2. once the lineart is done; and 3. once the commission is colored. I will allow minor corrections for the pose and expression concept (if not specifically given), accessories, or and the color without additional cost. I will not make any changes once the illustration is finished.
• Once your commission is completed, I will notify you accordingly. The files of the Illustration will then be sent over through the provided email; Includes a full resolution image (PNG) one with and without my watermark
• Let me know before hand the emails for both your paypal and the email for where the files will be sent.
